After downloading iOS 8, I can't update any of my apps

Ok, maybe a little bit more detail would help.

what happens when you try to do so?

Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > Sign out

Do a reset

Restart / Reset

Sign back in.

I have exactly the same problem on my iPad Mini. Here's what I've tried:

1) reboot iPad

2) logout off App Store and log back in

3) reset wi-fi and re-enter wi-fi password

4) sync via cable (this works)

5) Reset All Settings under Settings/General

Note that this exact same thing occured on my iPhone immediately after updating to iOS 8, but that problem mysteriously cleared up on its own.

I have several Apps (including Evernote) which will not run under iOS 8 so I need to delete them and try redownloading, but I can't redownload anything now!

Another key fact: I also tried purchasing a book from the iBooks store on my iPad. I cannot download any purchases from the iBooks store either. The same thing happens: I see the little circle progress indicator come up but it just freezes at that point and never completes the download.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

After downloading that bad iOS 8 and having nothing work on my iPad mini, I came here for help. One of the members said to try PuffinBrowser. It works!! Everything works and it's so fast! Plus it downloaded Flash!! I'm so happy!

I Just replied to another but just saw your question. It's the same problems I had. One of the members said to try Puffin Browser last night. I did and it's awesome! It's fast, plus it downloaded, Flash! Yay! Try it, it might help you.
