Q: Resetting my Apple ID when I already have

i want want to buy an album on iTunes a did it says my Apple ID account had been disabled. I have already rested several times and it saus the same thing. I need help its annoying me and I'm getting frustrated.

iPod touch, iOS 7.1.1

If resetting the password does not work
How do I change or recover a forgotten Apple ID Password?
