Screen is unresponsive to touch, has black dots, and has coloured lines on half the screen.

Hi there! I'm new here and I have a serious case. I dropped my phone a few weeks a go and it cracked, but everything was fine. Not til' I dropped it a few days ago and then the screen got unresponsive to my touch, half the screen is coloured with lines, and there are two big black dots on my phone. Here is a picture:

If any of you have had this problem and fixed it, please tell me!

And I can't get iOS8, b/c of the unresponsive screen..
