When I eject the dvd from netflix it's not playing but it accept it and when I try to open it. It said "There is no application set to open the document". My macbook pro is 2012 mid ..

So what happens when you open the DVD Player app? Do you still get that same error message? To open up DVD Player app, either go to the Application folder or use Spotlight and start typing DVD Player and the app should show up to be launched.
