The iPhone 4 (even with iOS 7 installed) does not support Panorama in the built-in camera app. There may be 3rd party apps that do panorama.

Thanks for your reply.
Yesterday night I face a new problem, It's show 'No Sim' with my iPhone, but it's working good with my other phone. I tried everything as your Apple Support Solutions but nothing works. Can you please help me out.

The following may be what you have already tried, but just in case: If you see 'No SIM' alert on iPhone
If that doesn't help you may want to start a new post in this forum (so the title says no sim rather than panorama) or contact Apple Support http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
