Sep 21, 2014 9:48 AM in response to Bob Cohenby dianeoforegon,You should be able to into your download folder and remove the partially downloaded file. If this is what you did, you might need to clear your browser cache file. Restarting your computer is always a good option.

Sep 21, 2014 10:32 AM in response to dianeoforegonby Bob Cohen,Thanks, Clearing the cache didn't do it, but just logging out and logging back in solved the problem. Sometimes the easiest fix doesn't come to mind.

Mar 20, 2016 5:52 PM in response to Bob Cohenby mah44,This is an ancient question, but just in case someone else stumbles on it. Just remove the DL folder from the Dock and drag a new one from your Users folder.
