will iCloud hold all iTunes music or just purchased?
I have loaded several old CD's to my computer and have that music on my current phone. are the CD's on cloud as well, or only purchased music?

If you want non-purchased music to be stored in the cloud, you have to sign up for iTunes Match. The cost is $25/year.
