Cannot see pictures

AFter updating to ios8 i cant see my pictures. It says i have 137 pictures on the settings but it shows only the ones i took after the update. I cant see it as a driver either, using windows 8

i need to transfer/ delete pictures because of memory issues too.

CAn you help, please?
