I'm currently very upset with apple. I was having service connection issues so I tried upgrading to ios8. That update completely failed soon I tried resetting the phone. The phone wouldn't deactivate itself so I took it to the apple store where they ran a diagnostic test on it and said all the hardware was functioning properly and the software was having some sort of glitch and the only way to fix it was for me to buy a new phone. Since I had already been without my phone for three days I did this and then asked if I could have the old phone to send away to apple to look at it and the employee said no. I'm very frustrated because I don't think I should of had to pay for a new phone just because the software was acting up.
