My iPhone 6 doesn't show the playlists on the iphone after syncing with itunes

I had an iPhone 5s and yesterday I bought a new iPhone 6. Everything is working fine and as always I am happy about the product.

But now when I sync my songs to the new iPhone, I don't see the playlists on iPhone 6 and I think I see all the songs those which were in iCloud but not the new playlists. While the sync process, iTunes shows that sync is complete and storage occupied in the iPhone but nothing shows up on my iPhone.

Please help here.
