Hello! On 08.27.2014 i ordered iTunes gift card (Order Number: W237166053) (25$) and pay it by my visa card. I gave the wrong address, as a result Apple cancelled my order. I would like to get refund for the purchase that has been cancelled due to incorrect address.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple. If you sent it by email then have you tried resending it to the correct email address (assuming that the address that you sent it doesn't exist and it hasn't been redeemed) : Resend iTunes Gifts.
If not, and if you've been charged, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
