I am using an iPad 2 (WiFi). After updating to iOS 8, some apps are not working correctly or are very slow. Additionally some websites blink continuously.
Is there a fix, or can I revert back to iOS 7.1.2?

If you haven’t already done it, I would suggest that you restore your iPad to see if the issue persists after addressing this as an iOS software issue:

i have the same problem but I did restore it and is still the same!
