Using the airplay option on my macbook pro, what settings should I select to have the best picture on my HDTV? I'm pretty confused with all the options.

YEd I did but I'm still a little confused on the difference beternal the options. The get the best stream do I choose mirror built in or extend desktop. I don't even know what these options mean exactly.
Those are two separate features, it depends on what you're trying To Do.
DO you want to mirror your display
Or extend it (this would in effect give you a second monitor, so you could move contents between the two).
I'm looking to watch a stream of a hockey game that I'm watching on my MacBook pro and beaming it so I can watch it on my hdtv. Which option should I choose so I don't lose quality of the game?
That would be regular mirroring (not the extend). However, quality will be dependent on your network connection.
