Hi Loraras,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I have some steps you could try doing that may resolve your issue.

-If you're watching YouTube videos from the YouTube application, uninstall it, then install it again.

-Reset your network settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > If you're prompted for a passcode, enter it. > Reset Network Settings

-Clear your browsers cache and data. In this case, I'll be explaining how to clear your history, cache, and web data in Safari. To do so:

This step will make you lose any saved passwords in Safari, or any saved credentials, but not your favorites or bookmarks.

Settings > Go down and tap on Safari > Go down and select Clear History and Website Data > Clear History and Data

-Restart your iPhone: Press and hold down on the sleep/wake/power button > slide on "slide to power off" > wait until the screen is completely blank > Press and hold down on the sleep/wake/power button until the screen comes back on.

Hi Loraras,

I apologize for not being able to provide information that helps. Ah! Why didn't I think of this before? The black screen and white loading circle means the video is loading. The slower your internet is, the longer it takes to load and stream. The faster it is, the faster it takes to stream. I apologize about that! Unfortunately, you won't be able to have any physical control over your internet speed except your provider. I recommend using Google Chrome however, it compresses data to make videos stream faster. 🙂

Hope this helps a bit more, and I apologize for providing you information in the first place. Like I said though, I hope this helps. If any other issues arise, don't hesitate to ask us! 😀
