Safari application disappeared????

Question

Safari application disappeared????

Safari has disappeared from my computer. Searching it with Spotlight shows only the asociated documents (plist...), not the application.

Any idea why this has happened?
Best way to repair the problem or reload the application, without having to re-install the whole system?

mmmm.... someone partaking in magic tricks in your home ? ; )

Use this Custom installs in Mac OS X 10.4 article.
Then reapply the Mac OS X Update 10.4.7 Combo PPC. Safari version 2.0.4 is bundled in the os .

Please remember to run disk permissions repair before and after the update. Do a double boot of the computer, after the installation.
So when it reboots ater the install reboot once again.

Let us know if this solves your disappearing Safari issue.
