Oct 25, 2015 4:15 AM in response to kscableguyby Mholliday, same problem iphone 6 plus 64 gb. orientation gets stuck as described. also an annoying feature is that although the phone is vertical, when i go to home screen from a vertical app sometimes the home screen is in landscape and then switchges to vertical. if i then open the app again, in vertical mode mind you, and go back to home it goes to landscape again! i do not understand why they havent fixed such a critical issue ln the UI yet.

Oct 26, 2015 12:53 PM in response to kscableguyby aseautoinc,Had the same issue, Apple support had me restore phone to check if its a software issue. it was not, after restore i couldnt even slide to start setting up the phone. Sent the phone back to apple and they sent me a new one.
make sure you have a spare phone and back everything up before starting up the process.
hassleful, but at least they took care of it. Thank You Apple

Nov 22, 2015 8:23 AM in response to kscableguyby Dvw20,I had the same issue with my iPhone 6 64G only in addition to the orientation problems, I was also getting the "undo typing" pop up on about every third character I typed. Did MANY soft and hard resets to no avail, so I contacted the Apple support. They told me to restore to factory settings (the only way to ensure it was not a software issue), which still didn't fix the problem; the "undo typing" pop up appeared on the first character I typed after reset . Even though I was a couple of weeks out of the warranty period, they're still replacing the phone. Amazing support from Apple.
