Can continuously charging overcharge the battery of my Macbook Air and does it count as a cycle? I've heard that the Macbook Air has 1000 cycles. Currently I have done 10 cycles. So what's better?
- Charging it to 100% and unplugging it until it goes down to 20-30%
or
- Leaving it plugged in all the time?
I searched everywhere but I wasn't able to get the answer I was searching for?

There is no harm. It only means it takes longer to charge if it's in use than when it isn't.

And even when it's 100% I can still continue using it while charging?
Yes. You cannot overcharge the battery. Use it on the charger when you are near AC outlets. Use it on battery when you are not. Don't worry about it. Enjoy it.
