no voice over

i was restore my ipod touch 4gen after it, when i hold home botton no voice over. can enyone cant help me?.. tnx

You have to first setup VoiceOver in the Settings. See:

Are you talking about Voice Control? That is where you speak words to control the Music app?

yes also the , voice control . usually ii press home button hard, and voice control comes , now after i restore it, theres noting happen .. thnkyou
