Apr 27, 2015 9:17 AM in response to iankyliuby Techy-not,I Have that happen rather frequently on my iPad and iPhone and it usually corrects itself when I do a hard power off. However it just happened with my new Hone and it wouldn't correct. it's so frustrating because you really can't use the phone or get to the Internet. But I found that by double tapping with 3 fingers anywhere in the screen corrects it. Apparently double tapping with 3 fingers is a "feature" to help you quickly magnify something. But at least I know know how to quickly correct it.

May 3, 2015 6:07 AM in response to iankyliuby thats.aru,Reply from James Brown2 is absolutely correct. I was able to get out of Zoomed mode using three finger tap on the top right area of the screen. I am on iOS 8.3 and iPhone 6. Repeating the same tap takes you back into the Zoomed mode!! Now I know how to fix this issue!!

May 4, 2015 3:32 PM in response to iankyliuby Perkji,This happened to my iPhone 6+ and my iPad 2 after I had enabled the Zoom feature in Accessibilty under General in Settings.
To get your device back to normal, hold 3 fingers together and double tap the screen.
If this doesn't work, hold 3 fingers together, double tap the screen and slide down the screen with 3 fingers still held together.
If this doesn't work, hold 3 fingers together, double tap the screen, release the screen, then still holding 3 fingers together touch and gently press the screen and slide down.
One of these should work.
When back to normal, I suggest you disable the Zoom feature by going into Settings, General, Accessibility and disabling the Zoom on your iPhone and iPad.

Jun 13, 2015 10:23 PM in response to Villroby iBlondie,This worked PERFECTLY for me - Thank you for your help. I thought my phone was done for - but it's right back to normal !!! It happened while hooked up via Bluetooth to the car I have been renting for the last couple weeks......a new Toyota Camry.
I was driving and I heard a weird sound after I disconnected from a hands free call I made, and the Bluetooth screen in the car went wonky for a minute and when I arrived at my destination and looked at my phone, it had somehow caused my iPhone 4S to go into Zoom lock mode. No idea why, but when I got home, I came here for help, found your answer and it worked - much appreciated. I have used a few different systems with Bluetooth in various rental cars, and only every had this and some other minor issues with the Toyota system..........can't say I love the way the Toyota Bluetooth works. It pairs easily enough, but there have been weird little problems, and it repeats everything back so slowly...takes way too many steps to make a handsfree call. Kia seemed to have the best and most sensible system so far. Anyway...thank you.

I slipped my phone into my pocket without turning it off and somehow it worked its way into permanently-zoomed mode. I couldn't do much of anything until I found your post. Connected my phone to my computer and went into iTunes, went into accessibility and turned Zoom off. That did the trick. Thanks for you post!
