hey luigifromcasoria. Im facing the similar problem... what was the solution offered.... im experiencing this from the past couple of days and have just reported the matter hence would like to know their response.

Stop bumping multiple threads. If you have a question, post it. But bumping multiple threads, especially for a minor cosmetic issue, is ridiculous.

the intention wasn't to bump multiple threads. was trying to get a response from people who had posted the issue. (honestly still haven't received a reply other than people suggesting to go to the apple store, which i have already done.) I own a lot of apple products haven't been disappointed on any. All i am trying to do here is get a opinion from people on the problem i am facing.
