Blue patches or cloudy textures on the display

Today morning I have noticed that there is a blue cloudy effect/patch on the lower right corner of the display. After 5 hours, this had spread to the complete right side of the screen on the edges. For example, this is like a magnetic problem happens on the old CRT Television screens. The screen is having a blue tint and it is horrible to use it. My phone is just 6 months old and no change or difference in the way I use it.

It is not there on the screenshot I take by using the Power + Home button.

Change: I have upgraded my iOS to 8 2 days back. Need help ASAP.

Things tried: Restarted the phone, Resetted the phone, Restored the phone as instructed by the Apple technician and a senior advisor. Spent 3 hours on the chat. Still no luck.

I have taken the iPhone to Apple Genius Bar and they have replaced it with a new one. However; It was a painful experience. I have bought this phone from the US and I was living in India while this problem happened. Hence; I had to send the phone back to the US since the Apple Care India denied the support since the phone was billed in the US. Apple should provide international Warranty for their products which are claimed to be superior and expensive when compared to their competitors products. Almost lost hope on apple products due to this bad experience.

Please help me to fix this ASAP. My phone is just 6 months old. Your technician wasted 3 hours on chat and did not offer me help. I have sent my feedback to Apple and never got a response. Is this how Apple support is?

I think Apple provided me a refurbished phone and not a new one. The phone alone came in a small white box. Not really happy with the way Apple dealt with me. Lost my enthusiasm and interest in Apple products. Will never buy or reccomend Apple products.

Apple has never provided an international warranty on iPhones.

Attention please. The blue blotch has shifted from the right of the screen to the top right corner. I have attached a photograph for your perusal. What could be the cause for this?
