received pop-up to download icloud 3.1.0.3 on my Windows 7 computer. I don't see this version referenced anywhere on Apple site. Is this a Scam?

Received a pop-up window (small white background at lower right of my screen) telling me to update iCloud to 3.1.0.3. Because I don't trust these pop-ups, I did a search on iCloud 3.1.0.3. Nothing came up. Is this another bogus 'update' window? File.org tends to send them a LOT.

I have iTunes on my PC/iPhone/iPad that I update/sync through my computer (windows 7).
