Since 'upgrading' Safari has become slow, partial pages load (the top, then later the bottom, scrolling down loses the top again to white space), it flips back to previous pages all on its own and links have to be tapped multiple timeses to get them to work.
Apple, please do something quickly, it is very, very irritating.

Safari for iOS is a different animal than Safari for Mac computers. You will get the best and fastest response by posting in the forum for whatever Apple mobile device you have.

Safari works fine on iOS for me...
Ian .. try troubleshooting.
Tap Settings > Safari then tap to clear History, Cookies, and Data, then reset your device.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Done it many times, no joy! iPhone 6 is way faster than original iPad Mini, which I find suspicious, it's almost an invitation to get the latest kit... as a shareholder, I'm both pleased and disappointed.
