Remove any case, stand, or other accessories from your iOS device and see if performance improves.
Check for sources of potential interference and move both the iOS device and the Bluetooth accessory away from other electronic devices.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Jun 10, 2015 6:29 AMby Zen Rider1,Same issue with my iPhone6 plus and Lexus 350. Phone works fine but no music. AppleCare said I needed to update firmware/software on stereo and my Lexus dealer said there are no updates available. I've tried everything! I'm talking to the dealer's 'technology expert' today so fingers crossed he has a solution.
