iPad going crazy when connect over USB to my MacBook iOS 8

After update to iOS 8, when I try to connect my iPad mini retina 128 gb with cellular, to my macbook pro retina 15 ME294, begins some chaotic stance with "starting and cancelling charge process". Actually its pretty hard to explain, and more hard to find this issue on google, cuz of its weirdness.

So i make short vid for you to see it in action.

I have try to reboot all devices (iPad, macbook and iPhone). wont help. The lightning connector is fine, not broken, clean.

If any of you know how to fix it, share please! THNX alot!

Try unplugging ipad and then restarting the ipad. This should fix the problem.

Have try to full restart iPad, and MacBook many times. Wont help, the same every time!

Sorry I just saw that you said that you try restarting that is a interesting problem. You know what try booting the ipad on wifi and then plugging it in.
