Q: iMessage not working Help

HHi my friend just got her screen fixed on her iPhone today & when I text her iMessage is not working i tried deleting her from my contacts & her texting me I tried deleting our whole texts nothing is working can someone please help

If you are unable to send a message to any of your contacts, then the issue is likely on your iPhone, and you will need to follow the troubleshooting in the article below.  If your friend's phone is unable to receive any iMessages, then please have her follow the troubleshooting.
