iPhone 4 wifi ios 7 not working

hi guys, 🙂

my girlfriend have an iphone 4 gsm and after she update to ios 6.XX the wifi had stop working i try to fix the problem and update the iphone to ios 7.1.2 after the update the iphone show the welcome screen and we choos the language and country it ask to connect to itune.

When we connect to itune we get the error 0xe8000004 or else i had try to dfu the cellphone and try to recovery but same probleme.We had try on 2 pc and a mac cable same problem. The wifi doesn't work and we try an annother sim card cause the original was not activated same problem with the activated sim.

Can you help me plz !! ... I hope you can cause the iphone is a brick 😟
