IOS 8, Safari and pdf hyperlinks

Hello: I'm sure this is a bug, so I have reported it in "feedback." Unfortunately I cannot access the bug reporting option since I am not a developer. However, this is my frustrating observation (since my entire website depends on hyperlinks in pdfs):

clickable hyperlinks do not work in Safari on pdfs IOS 8. The links work using Chrome, they work from the public folder I have in DropBox, so I have determined it is a Safari issue. This is the page I used to test:

Has anyone else seen this? Or is it still too early to tell...

I just checked this function on IOS 8.4.0 and it didn't work. I updated to IOS 8.4.1 and it still doesn't work. 😟 I have to open my PDF in the Adobe Acrobat App in order for links to appear and function.

Today I upgraded ios to 8.3, and it seemed to me this problem has been fixed now.

It is a very long time since the release of iOS 8.0, anyway thank you for fixing it, Apple's team.

I Am having the same issue of hyperlinks not working. Its in a registration site I use. Worked in mobile using ios7. Now with new phone there is no response on links.

Just fix the f...ing bug please Apple. It is more than annoying that websites that worked fine before now don't!

Are you kidding me? Another iOS 8 update and still nothing! This is insane. Clickable links on pdf are fundamental. Jeez.

Wow....turning off website restrictions worked for me. I'd spent weeks deleting and reinstalling apps....this worked like a charm. Thank you!!!!

Yeah - same here - no restrictions were enabled - and your links do not work on my iPad.

It does work properly on the iPad by opening that document in iBooks.

Thank you to all for checking. I really can't tell clients (and where would i put this on a page): open this page in ibooks if you use Safari.

Yes, it seems fixed in the 8.3 version. Its too late for me because we built a native viewer and switching between safari and native app. Useless fix in terms of loss we made.

Worked for me. Finally! Now to wait until all the late adopters update. Then I will change my website back.
