Q: unable to get my e-mails tried everything

Since bt has changed from yahoo I am unable to set up my e-mails, I have gone through what is suggested on my PC as everything is ok on there, but I cannot set up on my ipad Air, please can you help

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 7.1.2, I have the ipad air
