No. Apple does not under any circumstance replace screens.
If there is a manufacturing defect with the screen, and the iPhone is still under warranty, Apple will replace the entire Phone on the spot if they have refurbished iPhones of the same model and specs.
If the screen was broken by user mishandling, then that is not covered by warranty. You will have to pay the out of warranty replacement fee, and again Apple will replace the entire unit for a refurbished one of identical specs if one is available.
Otherwise you may have to wait for them to have a refurbished model in stock that fits your iPhone's specs.
