Q: iOS 8.0 upgrade stuck in a loop / blue screen

Hi

I've just updated to iOS 8 on two new iPad Airs (16GB wifi & cellular). They are now stuck in a loop showing apple logo for ages then flashing a blue screen before restarting.

I've tried a hard boot, which doesn't improve the situation.

When I've restored from iTunes when I try to reconfigure them ie. setup wifi, change device name etc, they just seem to hang. I thought it might be a problem on the individual device until i tried another one and the same happened.

Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?
