After the recent Sept 18th update video showing up pixelated, anyone else have this problem?

I have tried restarting the apple tv, unplugging it and my modem and router. Checked all my cables to my AV Receiver hdmi, all are secure and clean.

I have paused the video and caught the pixels, so I don't think it is on my end that could be causing the problem. Please respond if you too are

having this problem. It has become quite annoying. I have Comcast internet and have it connected to my router not using wifi.
