Q: Unstable connection to Bluetooth devices on IOS 8, iPhone 5

After updating to IOS8 on my iPhone 5, my Bluetooth divices keeps disconnection/connecting, A Jabra Cruiser 2 and Automatic, any suggestions to resolve this?
