Q: I have changed my apple id and password in itunes and icloud but cant change the icloud id on my iphone it still tries sign with my old id and password which i believe was hacked so no passwords or security data work?

To change iCloud IDs on your phone, you need to go to Settings>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.  If you are prompted for the password for your old ID when you try to do this, try the options listed in this article: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud.  The last one (temporarily recreating your old ID) will usually solve this issue.

Temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password.
