Q: how to get my new sim working? I cancelled with O2, got the PAC code and registered it with EE. I unlocked with O2. I have had texts off both companies, ''sorry your leaving'' and welcome to EE but now neither SIM works??? just says sim not valid

Cannot now access my iphone 5 to establish IMEI. the phone was still working with O2 when I switched the SIM over - now I cant get either to work
