I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the scope of the issues you are describing. If you are having freezing or crashing issues with multiple apps on your iPhone after a recent upgrade to iOS 8, you may want to first try resetting your device:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
If you are still having issues after a reset, you may want to make sure you have a current backup of your data in iTunes, then try restoring your iPhone to factory settings and testing it in that default condition to see if the issues persists before restoring your data.
