Just got my iPhone 6+ last night and notice theres a small back speck/spot on the lower left of the screen. Is this anything to worry about?

Hi have the exact same issue with my new 6 plus. Even though the black spot is tiny it's kinda annoying to use it at dark.
I am taking it to Apple store to seek their opinion, will keep you posted.

Yeah same here, I have a very small black speck on my 6+ screen.... you can barely notice it, but it won't go away.
I too have the same issue. Not sure if it's a dead pixel or just some fluff or dust under the screen. In reality it's tiny, but now I know it's there, it's all I can see! I keep trying to clean the screen, forgetting that it's under the glass. Is this something I can take to Apple to get replaced? If so, how do I go about doing it? I know the 6+ is in short supply, so I'm worried I'd have to wait ages again for a replacement unit.

The folks over at MacRumors think it's a dead pixel and worth replacing. Has anyone had any joy getting a replacement like this?
I haven't tried to replace it cause I doubt the Apple Store in Newmarket will have replacement iphones yet.

Looks the same as mine, however Mine is bottom left on the screen.
Fair enough. I just don't want to be laughed out of the store if I go to complain about it. I keep telling myself I paid for a perfect device and didn't get one so have every right to complain, but it is a tiny mark. I also have black spots on the back of my phone believe it or not!! I think I'm going to try my luck.

So I've just finished a chat session with an Apple representative through the support section of their website; they were very apologetic and said they would replace my handset without question. I'm going to go to my nearest store after work tomorrow to make the swap. No appointment needed! Here's hoping I get a fault free handset...
I took mine to the Apple store in Southlake tx. They immediately agreed to replace it, said its pixel issue. I got my new replacement in 2 days.
I will make an appointment for mine. Good to know Apple is replacing them for you guys with no hassle.
I don't actually have the new unit in my hands yet, but it's been hassle free up to this point. Apparently if the Stormfront I'm going to doesn't have a replacement handset, the turnaround is just one day, so it looks like it'll all be over before the weekend is through.
