After updating my iphone 6 to iOS 8.0.1.1, I can't connect to ATT cell tower and my phone shows "No Service". I tried to reboot phone, turn on/off airplane mode, take in/out of SIM card. But none of these helped.
Has anyone experience this issue??

I'm on Verizon and the same thing no service
It has Killed Touch ID also
8.0.1 Update is bugged. No service for AT&T and it also killed Touch ID. 😠

Apple has pulled iOS 8.0.1.
Backup your phone to iTunes on your computer, then restore via iTunes. It will restore iOS 8.0 to your phone.

Confirmed solution from Apple:
You need to do a full OS restore through iTunes on your phone. You can then restore from an iCloud or iTunes backup to be back in business. It *****, but that's the only solution right now.
So, after speaking to Apple Support, I was advised to go to Settings and choose "Erase All Content and Settings". The phone restored from iCloud since I don't use iTunes backup. Sadly after erasing all content and restoring basic settings from iCloud and a reboot, I still don't have cellular service.
