why are my text messages all of a sudden in green and do not say delivered? Also for the first time since I obtained the phone I went to use the headphones and the insert to headphones is very loose and I can connect for about 10 seconds then nothing, I do believe it is the jack that inserts into the phone or the phone receptacle is bad or the headphone piece that goes into the phone is bad it is not working is the main issues.
