Number bullets starting from a value NOT 1

Hello Fellow Pages Users!

I am currently using the latest version of Pages at 5.2.2.

I am having trouble typing up notes that requires numbered bullets. It is fine when you start the bullets with 1; Pages will automatically continue the list with the subsequent number that follows. However, there are instances when I skip certain notes, jumping to a bullet with a higher numerical value.

For example:

1. Note 1

2. Note 2

3. Note 3

4. #I want to skip/omit notes 4-10

11. Note 11

12. Note 12

I have tried to type out my desired bullet as 11. and following it with notes. When I hit "enter", Pages does not automatically turn 11. into a bullet/list, nor does it automatically add on note 12 for me as it does for the sequential notes starting from 1.

Please help! Thanks.
