No Trusted devices

Hello,

As of 20 minutes ago I am unable to download any app whether on wifi or on LTE. The app stores wont let me download any because it asks for verification, I follow the prompts by logging in to my Apple id but get hit with a prompt that says I don't have any trusted devices. I don't know what to do please help if possible.
