Download may take a while as everyone is downloading it right now

Once downloaded, move the file to the desktop (or wherever, just makes it easier to find)

Open iTunes

Connect iPhone to Computer

On Mac- while holding alt/option click on "check for updates". Finder will open up, navigate to the desktop and click on the ipsw file and follow the promptings. Takes 2-3 minutes with one reboot.

Hey there,

have iOS 8.0.2 cellular problems with my iphone 6 plus. Since i've updating to 8.0.2 from 8.0.1 i don't have a chance to make a phone call, view my actual credit status of my prepaid card (living in germany) or receive SMS or MMS when I'm out on the air. I downgraded to iOS 8.0 and hope, this can fix my problems. However, these cellular problem's could not be solved with the downgrade to 8.0.

Are there other people with these problems? Is there a way to find out if there is a hardware problem?

I love this device, but just it costs me my last nerve.

Sorry for that creepy english.

Best regards

Daniel
