iphone 5 wifi chip

I have an iPhone 5, which was recently damaged. One of the issues created from damaging the phone was that my wifi turn on/off option was greyed out in both settings and push up quick access. Additionally, though I can turn the bluetooth on and off, it does not work. I have spoken with a professional whom has looked inside the phone and says that the wifi chip is damaged and needs to be replaced. Though he was able to fix other issues with the phone, he did not have the parts to fix the wifi chip. I am looking to buy a chip online, but found that there seems to be multiple wifi chip model numbers associated with the iPhone 5.

Is there a way to find which wifi chip model goes with my phone?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

Unfortunately the only sure way is looking at the IC on the logic board and checking the number, which means removing the logic board. There 2 different chip numbers that I know are used in the 5. You could buy both. The logic board has to be taken out regardless. There is also a capacitor next to the wifi chip that can cause the same problems. Water damage can damage both components.
