Thanks Kappy. The app is actually already deleted but when i'm syncing my iPhone the app still appears on my apps list with an option to download it. I'm trying to erase it from that list.
It won't be removed from the list until you click on the Apps entry under the Library heading in the iTunes sidebar and delete the app from that list. That is the listing of what is actually in your iTunes apps library.
