    Installed iOS 8.0.2 on my 4S now it tells me that "Cellular Data is Turned Off" but IT IS NOT!!!  I've reset "Location & Privacy" and "Network Settings" (do not want to reset "all settings" again) and neither has worked!    Does anybody test these things before release?
