Hello to all, i am facing a problem with my registration, i want to register my Credit Card to my account so i can star buying some stuff from the APP Store that i want, the thing is, my account is register in USA, i move to Venezuela and i register my credit card from my there, and now i move to United Arab Emirates and the system dont allow me to register my Credit Card from my actual bank in Abu Dhabi....

You've updated your billing address to be your UAE address, and what happens when you try to add your UAE credit card to your account ?
I try to update my billing address also, but still giving me problems...
The problems being ... ?
im not allow to register my credit card... it give me and error saying that "This Credit Card cannot be register in your APP Store Country" or something similar
You've removed your old credit card from your account, and what country do you now have on the account ? If you've corrected it to show your UAE address then you should be able to add a UAE-bank issued credit card.
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
