I am trying to delete emails and have gone into my iCloud.com - it is incredibly slow - emails to be deleted are greyed out but then nothing happens

Why are you doing this on the website, it would be faster if you used Mail, on your Mac.
because when I delete emails from my iphone or macbook they do not get deleted from iCloud.com - but when I delete them from icloud.com, they are deleted from all my devices
oh well, no help here!
same issue here different day - icloud incredibly slow to unresponsive in deleting mail? any new suggestions?
