how can i reset my itunes password if the the email account used at registration is now suspended.

I need to access itunes account set up using work bouoght iPad 2. The email accouont used to set up the itunes account is now suspended as we changed company names. I don't remember the password and I'm trying to reset but cannot answer the security question and the reset email sent to retrieve/reset the password is going to the old email address.
