When I import video from a Sony HDV 1080 video camera which is using miniDV tape, the time register moves forward but there is nothing visible and no clips appear.
Using iMovie HD on the same computer and the same connection from video to computer (iMac OS X 10.9.5)it works perfectly importing individual clips.
How can I make iMovie 09 function normally?
