Q: Anybody else in Canada try this?

I get an error that the file is not found on "accelerator" which seems to be the host at akami.net apple is using to host the download.  So its a dead link for me trying to download the file from Canada. No way to follow the KB if you can't download the file.  Not sure why apple isn't hosting the file on an apple.com domain, but for me the link to download the file is dead.  Not sure if it's a Canada specific DNS issue or everyone all over the world can't grab this file, but without the file my iphone6 is basically a wifi only device now.
